Our mission was clear: overhaul the Mythical Society's digital presence to not only enhance user experience but also drive stronger fan engagement and unlock new monetisation opportunities. We embarked on a comprehensive digital transformation project, focusing on two key areas: a brand-new, intuitive app and a completely redesigned website.

When the new Mythical Society app launched in February 2023, it saw over 21,000 active users flock to it in the first 72 hours alone! That's a serious testament to the power of a well-designed, user-centric platform. But it's not just about initial uptake; it's about sustained engagement and strategic growth.

No more hunting around – everything is neatly organised, making content consumption a breeze. Plus, enhanced notifications and improved commenting foster a real sense of community.
  2. Driving Paid Membership & Upgrades: A key objective was to encourage "Initiate" (free) members to explore and upgrade to higher, paid tiers (1st, 2nd, and 3rd Degree). Our intuitive design clearly showcases the escalating perks of each tier – from increased discounts on Mythical Store merchandise to exclusive collectibles and event presales. This clear value proposition makes upgrading an attractive and easy choice.
  3. Streamlined Monetisation: The Mythical Society's subscription model is its core revenue driver.
