Clock were commissioned by Health Insurance Innovations to work on a second project together - My Benefits Keeper.
Health Insurance Innovations, Inc. (HIIQ) is a US market leading cloud-based technology platform and distributor of innovative health insurance products that are affordable and meet the consumer's needs.
HIIQ established a need to further refine the technological support they offer their members and in doing so introduced a new brand known as, My Benefits Keeper (MBK).
Working closely with our stakeholders, Clock set about designing the MBK customer-facing web portal and brand new app, which offer members a set of tools to track everything and keep up to date with all their various insurance policies, all in one place. The end-product provides a simple, easy-to-use solution, which suits the needs of both end user and client.

The My Benefits Keeper app, available on both Apple and Android devices has been designed and built so members can easily see all their personal insurance details whilst on the go, and keep track of their health insurance or benefit plans, dental, vision, life and supplemental plans all on their handheld device.
A user friendly dashboard navigates users seamlessly around the portal and app so they can easily jump straight to their billing information or hop over to view their ID cards. If their plan offers patient advocacy, negotiating prices or finding a doctor in their network - this is equally very simple to find.
Members can also easily customise their plans, add dependents and change their personal details as well as join a direct chat function with customer services or search for their closest pharmacy, all directly through the app.
Although it's still early days and the app has only just launched, we are excited to hear what the members have to say.
