A tasty B2B launch for entrepreneurs at The Supper Club

The Supper Club is an exclusive membership community of innovative founders, entrepreneurs and CEOs of high growth businesses. The core of their digital strategy was to redesign and rebuild a new website that succinctly explains The Supper Club proposition. The predominant business goal: the new website should help increase membership, drive business growth and reflect the Supper Club’s premium brand.

An appetite to satisfy user’s needs

Following detailed workshops with the The Supper Club team to understand their business, workflows and goals, Clock embarked on the User Experience and redesign of the website.

The Supper Club team’s requirements for the site were very particular. Membership of The Supper Club is via a direct application or by nomination through an existing member, and undertakes a thorough vetting process. Furthermore, The Supper Club events programme has a mix of events where some are exclusive to members, and others that are open to both non-members and members alike. We worked closely with The Supper Club team - and their members - to help optimise both the user facing experience as well as the workflow to ensure smooth operational success.


The beautiful new B2B platform emphasises The Supper Club brand and places it front and centre of the Prelude Group’s offering. Our design team created a vision for the site that was reflective of the nature of the The Supper Club - people and insight focussed - highlighted through strong imagery and video content.

Potential new members can now start an online application, sign-up and pay for events or nominate someone else for membership all through the website. A tight integration with The Supper Club's CRM platform, SalesForce, means that leads from the website are captured and flagged. The result is that The Supper Club team has the ability to manage enquiries and leads more effectively than before the relaunch. A bespoke Content Management System (CMS) also gives the marketing team independent control over important aspects of content, in particular the insights. They even have an events module in the CMS that allows them to create events - bypassing the need for third party platforms and subsequent associated fees.
