Creating consumer insight

Clock were approached by the research giant Nielsen to help change the perception of their company capabilities, from simple data gatherers to thought leaders in the analysis and consultancy space.

Through a series of workshops and planning sessions, we worked closely with their marketing and insights teams to fully understand their business objectives allowing us to create a digital strategy that would help elevate the Nielsen brand online. The culmination of this work was to create a multi-language, multi-region European destination for consumer and media insights from the industry leaders.

The new site successfully showcases Nielsen’s wealth of consumer insight and data with articles, reports, webcasts, videos and infographics. It has been designed to ensure that the user journey is simple, intuitive and localized for all consumers across 21 countries and 14 languages. The state-of-the-art site has a scalable Node.js build, a clean responsive design and intelligent browser-based language detection so that users always receive the most relevant content.

The site enables Nielsen Insights to demonstrate their cutting-edge understanding of consumers and their behaviour, to deliver insights, promote trends and encourage two-way dialogue between clients and prospects. This has helped to dramatically increase business enquiries to the commercial and client service team.
